'Hommage M1', the blue vase as well as 'to wrap water', the small aluminum shape are metaphorical objects connected to the element of water. By the intervention of closing the vase the function of the vase altered, it is no longer a recipient, but a poetic fragile object. Aluminum foil is used for packaging and conserving food. The shape however retains water. The material reflects the water itself, the light, the surrounding. Both artworks play with dualities and the theme of content and form, functionality, solidity and fragility.
